You will map performance drivers in revenue, cost, margin and cash, support annual budgets and medium‑term plans, and provide concise commentary on variances.

Qualifications

• Experience advising BU owners with high‑quality insights and constructive challenge.
• Ability to build relationships to drive a performance‑driven culture.
• Support for budgeting, medium‑term planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into financial plans, KPIs and targets.
• Consolidate BU results to identify risks, opportunities and trends.
• Lead monthly Business Performance Review inputs for assigned BUs.
• Provide clear commentary on variances and root causes.
• Assess unit economics, cost structures and efficiency.
