Job description

Finance Assistant – Credit Card
Job Purpose

To be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of credit card transactions, supporting complete and precise financial reporting. Assist the Senior Management Accountant and the wider finance team with financial information to facilitate decision making.

Job Description
  1. Manage the monthly credit card process, including reconciliation and ensuring company procedures are followed.
  2. Handle daily credit card queries, manage third-party relationships, and review credit limits.
  3. Prepare and post monthly journals to the finance system.
  4. Review credit card transactions to ensure compliance with company processes, ensuring timely and accurate actions.

This role is based in the Chester office and is part-time, working 22.5 hours per week. Flexibility in hours is possible, preferably spread across Monday to Friday.
