Senior Finance Assistant

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave

An award-winning property developer based in the heart of Manchester is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented individual looking to join a growing team within a fast-paced, successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones.
• Daily invoice matching against worksheets and purchase orders.
• Perform daily and monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Post invoices and credit notes onto the ERP system accurately and promptly.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Managing accounts payable/receivable and maintaining financial records.
• Assist with CIS VAT returns.
