Job Description:

Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. Located in Huddersfield HD EA, United Kingdom. This position requires a recent GCSE qualification. The role involves supporting the Accounts Payable department with invoice processing and occasional assistance in Accounts Receivable.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Process invoices received for payment, including scanning into the Oracle financial system and handling electronic invoices.
  2. Communicate with staff to ensure timely approval of invoices and goods/services receipt.
  3. Manage supplier statements and resolve queries promptly.
  4. Support other duties as needed within the department.

Additional Duties:
  • Assist patients, clients, and relatives during incidental contacts.
