Purchase Ledger Assistant (RP6064) Manchester, England

Salary: GBP26000 - GBP30000 per annum

This role is for a Purchase Ledger Assistant who wants to take ownership of their responsibilities, rather than just follow outdated processes.

The company is growing rapidly and requires someone experienced in Accounts Payable to keep operations smooth while identifying improvements. You will be part of the Fund Treasury Team, with a role that offers autonomy and trust.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the Accounts Payable process end-to-end efficiently.
  2. Ensuring invoices are validated and allocated correctly for audit compliance.
  3. Handling chargebacks and recharges.
  4. Resolving vendor issues and collaborating with the treasury team.
  5. Maintaining accurate paperwork and ensuring compliance.
  6. Contributing to reporting, process improvements, and supporting audits.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Experience with Accounts Payable processes.
  2. Understanding of fund operations, chargebacks, and recharges.
  3. Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and invoice platforms.
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
  5. Capable of handling pressure professionally.
