urbanbubble Ltd is seeking a Finance Assistant for a 9 month fixed term contract in Manchester. The role supports a growing property management business, handling AP, banking, POs and ledger queries with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer service.

The successful candidate will manage accruals, assist with system improvements, and work well in a cross-functional team while meeting tight deadlines. ATT qualification pursued is desirable.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and comfort with financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily banking receipts and maintain accurate banking records.
• Process Accounts Payable invoices and produce weekly AP payment runs.
• Control and maintain the PO system and monitor void unit costs.
• Handle tenant deposits returns and refunds.
• Assist in preparation of accruals and ad hoc data reporting.
• Support site teams with AP and ledger queries.
• Assist in managing and developing our prepaid card solution.
