urbanbubble Ltd is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract in Manchester. You will support the Finance Manager to deliver monthly management accounts, P&L and balance sheet tasks to tight deadlines, with study support available to help you qualify.

Qualifications

• Part Qualified CIMA, ACCA, AAT or qualified by experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly client reporting, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Report performance against budget on operating costs monthly.
• Review monthly expenditure against budgeted figures.
• Manage monthly rent rolls and charges for tenants.
• Handle all financial aspects of tenant move-ins and deposits.
• Maintain client and tenant billing and budget information.
• Improve processes and collaborate with other teams to enhance service.
• Record all financial transactions up to Trial Balance level.
• Maintain electronic records for financial transactions in the chosen software.
• Provide timely financial reporting and internal financial modelling as required.
