Supporting invoice processing and maintaining records related to property costs, including rents and service charges, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and internal protocols. Assisting with liaising between internal teams, landlords, and external suppliers for property-related queries, including utilities, business rates, and property changes. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, drafting correspondence, and organising property documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. Contributing to property estate updates by recording and communicating changes, and supporting administration of landlord and council notifications. Responding efficiently to internal and external stakeholder enquiries, providing professional support and escalating issues when necessary.
Proven administrative experience within a property, facilities, or similar environment with a keen eye for detail. Confident user of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, capable of managing data accurately. Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to handle stakeholder enquiries effectively. Adaptable attitude with the ability to interpret data and assist team members as required.
