Job description

An exciting position has become available for a Finance Assistant to join our finance team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will work 4 days per week Tuesday to Friday with a salary of £23,369.60.

If you thrive working in a busy finance environment and have excellent time management and interpersonal skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Role Requirements

  • Experience of working within a finance role and environment
  • Knowledge of Sage 50
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn and develop in the role

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Process sales invoices for both rental and service charges
  • Process and reconcile petty cash and credit cards
  • Produce a monthly debtors report and review with senior management, highlighting any problemed accounts
  • Process purchase invoices within Webexpenses
  • Review creditors ledger to process supplier payments
  • Process and review payroll when lead is absent
