In a nutshell

We manage various funding arrangements with suppliers, each presenting unique complexities. This role supports logging and collecting supplier income, acting as a key contact for the Argos buying function, and developing best practices in supplier income accounting. The job requires attention to detail in transactions while communicating key issues effectively within the broader context.

What you need to do

1. Understand the supplier funding tools, sources, and complexities to assist teams and suppliers with questions.
2. Responsible for collating and logging funding daily to ensure timely recording.
3. Collaborate with buying teams and Finance Operations to ensure timely collection of funding deals, supporting strong cash flow.
4. Engage regularly with buying teams, becoming a trusted business partner for all supplier funding matters.
