We're currently working with a rapidly growing and fast-paced manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Assistant for their Finance Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company operating from a modern, high-spec facility. As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery both internally and externally. You’ll be based on-site, working closely with the wider finance team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities of Finance Assistant
  • Processing invoices and financial documents accurately and in line with internal and external guidelines
  • Providing excellent support to internal teams and external partners
  • Supporting with audit processes and compliance checks
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties as required
Essential:
  • Experience working with finance systems and strong Excel skills
  • A clear understanding of financial compliance and risk
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, positive mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build great working relationships
