Description

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join MDD UK as an essential member of the Finance team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with prior experience in business or bookkeeping. You will support a team dedicated to providing high-quality service to our firm's employees, Partners, and clients worldwide. As part of a small, evolving team, flexibility, eagerness to learn, and collaboration are vital. You should be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

This is a full-time role, available remotely or hybrid from our London office.

Your Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping using in-house accounting software
  • Accounts Payable Entries
  • Supporting month-end processing
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Inter-Company Billing
  • Supporting the Finance Team as backup
  • Fee Fund Administrative Support
  • Assisting with monthly reporting
  • Maintaining high communication standards with stakeholders
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by the Regional Financial Controller, Europe, and the global team
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in bookkeeping or finance administration
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
