Finance Assistant | Luxury Retailer | £28,000-£30,000 + full study support | West London (3 days per week in the office) | Permanent

JasperRose is partnering with a well-known Luxury Retail brand, which is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their finance team, based in their West London Headquarters (3 days per week in the office).

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the smooth processing of invoices, payments, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the Accounts Payable function
2. Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing (stock & non-stock), matching POs to invoices
3. Handle supplier queries and statement reconciliations
4. Manage staff expenses and credit card statement reconciliations
5. Assist with month-end tasks, including bank postings, reconciliations, and reporting

Skill set required

Ideally, you will have experience working in a consumer-related business where you have dealt with stock. You should be comfortable working autonomously, yet in a team environment, and be ambitious to take on further duties as the business grows.
