Fuse is seeking a finance specialist to join their dynamic operations team in London. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on experience with financial processes, working closely with lead accountants, and supporting various business teams. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to financial accuracy and efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our finance operations, working closely with our two Senior Project Accountants. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly, ensuring accuracy, and supporting teams across the business. From managing invoices and reconciliations to assisting with audits and client billing, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and eager to develop within a finance role. You should be detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks while keeping a close eye on deadlines. A problem-solving mindset, confidence in taking initiative, and strong communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with teams across the business.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
