Main Responsibilities

1. Sales Ledger ownership and management
2. Proactive Credit Control
3. Bank transactions
4. Assist with purchase ledger and supplier payments
5. Maintain credit card expenses and petty cash records
6. Support payroll and journal entries
7. Assist with month-end, year-end, and audit preparation
8. General office administration (calls, emails, filing, scanning)
