Job Title: Temporary Finance Assistant

Duration: 4-week assignment starting 22nd April

Pay Rate: £16-£19 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Finance Assistant to join our school in Croydon for a 4-week assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders (POs) and invoices, as well as preparing cheques.

Key Requirements:

1. FMS Experience: Proficiency in using Financial Management Systems (FMS) is essential.
2. DBS Check: A valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
4. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Raising purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
2. Preparing cheques.
3. Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
