Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Assistant to join a client based in Bristol for a period of 6 months. This assignment offers hybrid working and free parking.

Role:

Finance Assistant

Salary:

£26,000 - £28,000

Duration:

6 months

Start date:

June

Working pattern:

Standard full time is 37 hours, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Duties:

• Processing invoices
• Processing purchase order requests, ensuring proper authorization and coding
• Creating new suppliers on the system
• Assisting in payment runs
• Statement reconciliations
• Query resolution

Sales ledger & Cash Management:

• Receiving and preparing income for banking
• Maintaining cashless payment systems
• Raising debtor invoices

Expenses:

• Processing staff expenses
• Processing overtime claims

Skills/Experience Needed:
