Job summary

Eight Financial Advice in Whiteley is offering a Finance Apprentice role with an AAT pathway. You will support the Finance Team across group companies, helping with payroll, bookkeeping, and financial reporting while pursuing AAT Level 2 and further qualifications.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and gain exposure to multi-currency bookkeeping, year-end activities, and stakeholder liaison, with a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a finance environment.
• Confident when answering stakeholders' queries and guiding them as needed.
• Clear and concise communication with colleagues and clients.
• Organised with the ability to deliver work to tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail in financial data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll processing.
• Input and analyse financial data for UK and international entities.
• Prepare invoices and support reconciliations.
• Support year-end payroll activities and financial reporting.
• Perform multi-currency bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
