Promethean in the UK is seeking a Finance Apprentice to join the accounting team covering UK and International regions. You will support posting journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.

You will gain exposure to VAT/tax data prep and key accounting processes while learning Promethean's systems and controls. Ideal for candidates with GCSE math/English and a related college course, seeking hands-on experience in edtech finance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate record keeping.
• GCSE Math & English at grade 4 or above is required.
• A related college course supports accounting foundations.

Responsibilities

• Post journal entries (manual and uploads).
• Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain daily accurate financial records.
• Participate in the audit process as required.
• Prepare data for VAT and tax reporting with the tax team.
