  • Develop and generate key business reports and analytics
  • Support staff with system issues and provide training
  • Manage relationships with external technology providers
  • Implement system improvements and updates
  • Create and maintain documentation for business systems

  • Maintain accurate supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile supplier statements with internal records
  • Process payments and maintain financial records
  • Manage VAT calculations and documentation
  • Support cost control initiatives and spending analysis
  • Assist with budgeting processes and financial reporting
The Ideal Candidate

You'll be a recent graduate with:

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive and supportive attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in both finance and data
What We Offer
  • £30,000 per annum starting salary
  • Support for further professional studies
  • Potential for hybrid working once probation has been passed
  • The opportunity to play a key role in a thriving, growing hospitality business
  • A positive, collaborative work environment
