Morson Talent is recruiting a Finance Analyst - Working Capital in Crawley. You will enhance cash flow management and working capital performance by analysing key metrics and delivering insightful reports.

Hybrid setup with three office days supports collaboration with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams. The role suits a (part-)qualified accountant or experienced professional who can turn complex financial data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement, including AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis or operational finance.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex financial data.
• Experience using ERP systems or business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse key working capital metrics, including receivables, payables, inventory, customer advances and capital expenditure.
• Develop insightful reports, dashboards and forecasts to support effective business decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to identify opportunities to improve cash flow and working capital performance.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and working capital reports for senior leadership.
• Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities, translating data into clear recommendations.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial data and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including AI and automation to enhance cash analysis and reporting.
