Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Finance Analyst – Working Capital in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on cash flow management and working capital optimization within the UK Corporate Finance team, partnering with Finance, Operations and Commercial functions to deliver insightful analysis and forecasting.

You'll develop reports and dashboards, support senior leadership with monthly cash flow reports and drive process improvements, including automation and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis or operational finance.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex financial data.

Location: Manor Royal, Crawley, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £70k
Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

As a Finance Analyst – Working Capital, you will play a key role in improving business performance through effective cash flow management and working capital optimisation.

Working within the UK Corporate Finance team, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Commercial functions, providing insightful analysis, reporting and forecasting across receivables, payables, inventory and capital expenditure.

By transforming complex financial data into meaningful insights, you will help identify risks, trends and opportunities, support strategic decision-making and contribute to improved cash performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Security Clearance Requirement

Due to the nature of the work, this position requires Security Check (SC) clearance.

Existing SC clearance would be advantageous. However, applicants who do not currently hold clearance must be willing and able to undergo the necessary vetting process, achieve the required clearance and maintain it before commencing employment.

To be eligible for full SC clearance, applicants will generally need to have lived in the UK for the previous 5 years. In certain circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ UK residence within the last 5 years may be accepted, subject to additional overseas checks.
