Job summary

Morson Group is recruiting a Finance Analyst - Working Capital in Crawley. The role focuses on improving cash flow and working capital through insightful analysis, forecasting and reporting within UK Corporate Finance. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Commercial to drive value.

Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office. A qualified or part-qualified accountant, or equivalent experience, is preferred along with strong Excel and ERP/BI skills to

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle complex financial data.
• Experience using ERP systems or business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse key working capital metrics across receivables, payables, inventory and capital expenditure.
• Develop reports, dashboards and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to improve cash flow and working capital.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and working capital reports for senior leadership.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate data into recommendations.
• Investigate discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement, including AI and automation in cash analysis.
