Job summary

News UK is seeking a Finance Analyst to partner with the Finance Manager, driving analysis, forecasting, and strategic business partnering across revenue streams and costs. You will translate data into actionable recommendations to support broadcasting goals.

You will build dashboards, support budgets and forecasts, and prepare commercial commentary for weekly to quarterly reviews, while maintaining financial models and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proven ability to investigate complex data, identify underlying drivers, and translate findings into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; business partnering experience is desirable.
• Deep commercial awareness and understanding of revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commercial teams and budget owners, delivering financial insight and practical support.
• Analyse revenue streams, brands and platforms to investigate pricing, volume and customer trends.
