Job summary

NBCUniversal's London-based Finance Analyst role supports the finance team in a commercially focused capacity to drive performance and growth within the Content Group, reporting to the FP&A Manager.

The role covers deal evaluations, budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes, and performance reporting, with cross-functional collaboration across teams and a focus on accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in a finance role (internship or entry-level).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Media industry experience is a plus.
• Part-qualified or studying towards ACA/CIMA/ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deal evaluations to support deal approvals and board submissions.
• Support budgeting and tracking of marketing and operational spend.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting and month-end and quarterly close processes.
• Help prepare performance reporting for senior management.
• Assist in analysing title performance across genres and platforms.
• Support controllership activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
