Experis in London is seeking a Finance & Resourcing Analyst to join the IT PMO and support technology and transformation programmes. The role blends project finance, resource management, reporting, and contractor administration across London or West Midlands bases.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and stakeholders to manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and contracts, delivering insights and dashboards with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO finance, project finance, portfolio reporting, or financial administration.
• Strong Excel skills with Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Experience supporting resource management and contractor administration.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify issues, challenge data quality, and drive actions through to completion.
• Experience within IT, change, or digital transformation environments.
• Knowledge of project accounting, accruals, and supplier management.
• Experience using SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

My client is looking for a Finance & Resourcing Analyst to join our IT Project Management Office (PMO) and support the successful delivery of technology and transformation programmes. West Midlands or London area are ideal base locations.

This is a varied role combining project finance, resource management, reporting, and contractor administration. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and contracts are effectively managed.
