Goodman Masson partners with a leading global private markets investment firm to recruit a Finance Analyst into the Investment Structures team. The role blends core accounting with treasury and commercial analysis, offering exposure to private equity and complex investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with up to four years’ post-qualified experience.
• Background in practice, ideally with a leading accountancy firm, or fund accounting experience.
• Exposure to private equity, private credit, investment management or related complex products.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn about complex investment structures.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management of complex investment vehicles across private equity and credit strategies.
• Work across fund reporting, financial modelling and fund control (NAV, waterfall, cashflow models).
• Support treasury strategy and cash management, including liquidity forecasting and funding needs.
• Partner with investment, structuring, legal and tax teams to support investment products.
• Assist design, launch and administration of new investment structures and ensure reporting requirements are met.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors and other providers for investor reporting and financial statements.
• Prepare financial analysis and management information for governance and decisions.
• Collaborate with data/tech teams to enhance reporting and automate processes.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
