Goodman Masson is partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to recruit a Finance Analyst into its specialist Investment Structures team. The role blends core finance with treasury, investment structures and commercial analysis, offering exposure to private equity, private credit and complex investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with up to four years post-qualified experience.
• Background in practice or fund accounting environments.
• Exposure to private equity, private credit or complex financial products.

Responsibilities

• Supporting financial management of complex investment vehicles across private equity and credit-related strategies.
• Working across fund reporting, financial modelling and fund control (NAV, waterfall, cashflow models).
• Supporting treasury strategy and operational cash management (liquidity forecasting, funding requirements).
• Partnering with investment, structuring, legal, tax and finance teams to support ongoing management of specialist investment products.
• Design, launch and administration of new investment structures and investor reporting.
