Goodman Masson are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to recruit a Finance Analyst into its specialist Investment Structures team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with up to four years' post-qualified experience to join a growing area of the business and develop specialist expertise across private equity, private credit and complex investment vehicles.

Competenze

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with up to 4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in practice or fund accounting environments, with exposure to complex financial products.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about private markets products and structures.

Mansioni

• Support financial management of complex investment vehicles across private equity and credit strategies.
• Work across fund reporting, financial modelling and fund control (NAV, waterfall, cashflow).
• Support treasury strategy and liquidity forecasting.
• Collaborate with investment, structuring, legal, tax and wider finance teams.
• Assist design, launch and ongoing administration of new investment structures.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors and other providers for investor reporting and statutory statements.
• Prepare financial analysis, performance reporting and governance information.
• Work with data/tech teams to improve reporting and automate workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency as products evolve.
