Job summary

Goodman Masson is partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to recruit a Finance Analyst into its Investment Structures team. The role offers hybrid working and is ideal for a qualified accountant with up to four years' PQE seeking to develop specialist expertise across private equity, private credit, and complex investment vehicles.

You will contribute to NAV, cashflow, and governance reporting, while collaborating across legal, tax, and fund administration teams to

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with up to four years' post-qualified experience.
Experience in practice or fund accounting environment preferred.
Exposure to private equity, private credit or other complex financial products.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Interest in data, technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Support financial management of complex investment vehicles across private equity and credit-related strategies.
Maintain NAV, waterfall and cashflow models across funds.
Support treasury strategy, liquidity forecasting and cash management.
Collaborate with investment, structuring, legal, tax and finance teams to manage products.
Assist in design, launch and administration of new investment structures.
Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors for investor reporting and compliance.
Prepare financial analysis and management information for governance and decisions.
Work with data/tech teams to enhance reporting through automation.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
