Job summary

Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. in Didcot is seeking a Finance Assistant to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.

The role reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, assisting with reports, data testing and process improvements to enable timely decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will work across FP&A, Financial Control and International Finance, collaborating with colleagues in the USA, Singapore, Italy and China,

Qualifications

Studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
Comfortable working with numbers and analysing data
Problem-solver who enjoys improving processes

Responsibilities

Produce financial reports used across the business and identify trends
Support budgets and forecasts with input from managers
Assist month-end close and performance analysis
Test and improve reports, systems and financial models to drive efficiency
Collaborate with international finance teams as needed
