Job summary

Croudace Homes is seeking an FP&A Graduate to join our Finance team at our Caterham head office. You will support the budgeting and forecasting process, assist management reporting and prepare standard financial reports.

The role offers exposure to variance analysis, improving financial models and collaboration with business partners on strategic projects. Training and development opportunities accompany a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with confidence working with data and financial information.
• Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; willingness to learn and develop further reporting and analytical skills.
• Interest and awareness in financial planning, analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support the budget and forecast process.
• Assist the management reporting process and preparation of standard financial reports.
• Variance analysis and investigating key financial movements.
• Maintaining and improving financial models and reporting templates.
• Supporting business partnering activities.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives as well as ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic projects.
