Responsibilities

1. Perform financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends and improve financial performance.
2. Support cost analysis for landlord and service charge expenditures.
3. Analyze actual results against forecasts to determine financial status.
4. Present findings and recommendations to the Commercial Finance Team.
5. Provide regular reports to support business initiatives and performance.
6. Assist in budgeting and expenditure planning processes.

Requirements

1. CIMA or ACCA qualification (qualified or part-qualified).
2. Experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential; knowledge of service charges, lettings, financing, and statutory accounts is a plus.
