Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to lead end-to-end EPM programmes, shaping data architectures and AI-enabled planning for enterprise performance. You will partner with CFOs and finance leaders to deliver sharper forecasts and stronger governance.

You will own delivery across architecture, data integration and AI use cases, directing cross-functional teams to deploy Oracle EPM, OneStream or Anaplan and integrate Snowflake or Databricks.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering EPM programmes end to end.
• Hands-on experience with leading EPM platforms (Oracle EPM, OneStream or Anaplan).
• Experience integrating EPM with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Palantir Foundry or Databricks).
• Familiar with SQL, APIs and modern data-integration technologies.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design data architectures and AI beneath enterprise performance management.
• Lead complex EPM, data and AI programmes end to end from discovery to deployment.
• Direct the functional, technical, data and change workstreams across a multidisciplinary team.
• Grow the offering and assets, engaging CFOs and finance leaders.
• Maintain design governance and stakeholder alignment through reviews.
