Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Agentic ERP Senior Manager to lead large-scale finance platform transformations, embedding AI into ERP and ledger processes. You will shape the practice, engage CFOs and client leadership, and drive the design of agentic finance systems with strong audit controls.

You bring 10+ years in finance transformation, recent AI delivery experience, and the ability to challenge ERP vendors while guiding architecture and development teams.

Qualifications

• Senior finance transformation career with 10+ years experience.
• Recent 2+ years in AI with delivery background.
• Ability to design agentic finance solutions across ERP, data, and AI models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled finance/ERP transformations.
• Engage with CFOs, finance directors, CIOs, CTOs, and programme leadership.
• Define offering standards and drive client value in AI-enabled finance.
