Job summary

JJ search Ltd. is seeking a Finance Administrator in Lancashire to manage administrative finance tasks for an Investment Company AIM VCT in line with regulatory requirements.

You will handle shareholder and intermediary inquiries and support daily, weekly, and monthly postings with bank reconciliations. The role also covers supplier payments, VAT or ledgers, and timely NAV disclosures to the London Stock Exchange.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years finance or accounting experience at an administrative level.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of internal procedures and processes.
• Understand regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day transactional postings and bank reconciliations.
• Process and allocate payments to suppliers and maintain creditors ledgers.
• Assist with timely NAV disclosures to the London Stock Exchange on a weekly basis.
• Support VCT buyback administration and disclosures.
• Conduct AML reviews on VCT applicants and obtain required information.
• Update KPI data and assist with departmental MI.
