Job summary

RGH-Global Ltd. in Blackpool is seeking a Financial Administrator to support venture capital trust operations, investor servicing and regulatory processes.

The role covers investment administration, reconciliations, and shareholder support, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. You will handle AML/KYC checks, transaction processing and maintain records, while engaging with shareholders and financial intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to queries from shareholders, investors and other relevant parties.
• Support the accurate processing and recording of investment and financial transactions.
• Complete regular reconciliations between internal records and bank transactions, investigating and escalating discrepancies where required.
• Assist with the processing of supplier payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation and submission of regular Net Asset Value information and other relevant market disclosures.
• Assist with the administration of Venture Capital Trust share buybacks, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring relevant information is appropriately updated.
• Process new Venture Capital Trust investment applications and complete the associated administration before and after share allotment.
• Carry out appropriate AML and client due diligence checks on applicants, requesting further information or documentation where necessary.
• Process share and agency transfer requests, ensuring all relevant records are accurately maintained.
• Maintain accurate investor, transaction and departmental records.
• Assist with management information, key performance indicators and regular departmental reporting.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
• Maintain effective electronic and physical filing systems in line with internal procedures and data retention requirements.
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with relevant regulatory, compliance and internal requirements.
