Finance Administrator (Reading)

Position: Finance Administrator

Reporting to: Financial Controller

Status: Permanent

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus benefits

Hours: Full-Time – Office Based (37.5 hours Monday to Friday)

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working as part of the finance team, the Finance Administrator will work closely with the sales team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in paying commission payments to sales agents.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the commission inbox
  • Create and calculate commission invoices, including overrides and adjustments
  • Make daily payments of commissions to sales agents
  • Calculate and raise monthly revenue share payments
  • Manage clawbacks against sales agents
  • Serve as the first point of contact for queries from the sales team
