Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a Finance Administrator in Glasgow to support the finance team with day-to-day admin and payment processing. The role focuses on posting payments, updating records, and maintaining accurate ledgers within a housing context.

The successful candidate will have experience handling financial data, good IT skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload. Hybrid or office-based work is available, with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or finance administration within housing or similar sector.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Experience processing payments and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the finance team.
• Post rent payments using the SDM housing management system.
• Process standing orders and Direct Debits, and record payments.
• Maintain finance records and respond to routine payment queries.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative duties and support the wider team.
