Job summary

Fintelligent Search is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to own a broad set of finance tasks in a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. You will handle payments, reconciliations, expenses, budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and control while building strong relationships across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance administration, accounts or related finance role.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile payments, invoices, income and receipts to keep financial records accurate.
• Process financial data accurately using accounting systems.
• Prepare and complete supplier payment runs.
• Monitor and report on employee expenses.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Verify expenses, deposits and payments for accuracy.
• Assist with compliance with financial regulations and internal processes.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and support efficient processes.
