Job summary

Rutherford Briant is seeking a driven Finance Administrator to join their finance team in the Felixstowe area. This role suits someone with a couple of years’ finance experience who wants to broaden their skills in a busy environment.

You will process supplier and customer invoices, assist with month-end tasks, support reconciliations, and handle queries while developing Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE qualifications required.
• At least 1 year experience in finance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Processing and raising customer invoices
• Processing supplier invoices
• Resolving invoice-related queries
• Support bank reconciliations and petty cash processes
• Assist with month-end processes
