The Role:

M&G Trustee Company Limited (“MTCL”) offers Trustee and Agency services in the capital markets space, without investment-related activity. The Finance Team manages onboarding and administration of transactions, maintains finance covenants, and oversees fund movements in MTCL accounts. The team ensures efficient fee application, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.

The Corporate Trust Finance Associate will assist in payments administration, client invoicing, financial reconciliations, and support onboarding and new business administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in opening and managing Trustee accounts, including payment notices and payments management.
  2. Record, track, invoice for business and legal fees, and reconcile payments/outstanding debtors.
  3. Print and execute legal documents, distribute to clients.
  4. Serve as a key contact for external/internal clients & stakeholders.
  5. Support daily management of new business and other ad hoc admin tasks.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  1. Excellent numerical and Excel skills.
  2. Structured work approach, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle high volumes.
  3. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proactive attitude and initiative to add value.
  7. Teamwork and issue escalation skills.
  8. No trustee experience required; relevant experience preferred.
  9. Knowledge of Oracle, Revport, or HSBC net systems is desirable, with training provided.
