Do you have experience working within a Wealth Management/Wealth Planning environment? We are actively searching for a Finance Administrator to join our team in Macclesfield.

Working alongside our team of experts, as Client Liaison Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our advisors and clients. You should have experience of adapting to change and managing a variety of queries and challenges.

What you’ll do as a Client Liaison Administrator:
  1. Provide support to Advisors, including monitoring diaries, opportunities, queries, and requests.
  2. Follow standard procedures and workflows via XPLAN.
  3. Assist with case preparation for paraplanning.
  4. Process all sales paperwork from submission to completion, including ongoing administration for investments, pensions, and protection departments.
  5. Attend operational meetings to discuss workloads and raise concerns or opportunities.
  6. Adhere to and stay updated on company policies, practices, and procedures.
  7. Maintain records according to Kingswood standards.
  8. Prepare meeting packs and gather information for reviews.

This list is not exhaustive; you may be asked to undertake other tasks as reasonably directed by your line manager, with appropriate training provided.

What we’re looking for:
  1. Ability to liaise effectively with departments including Paraplanners, Advisors, and Clients.
  2. Interest in working within Wealth Management/Planning.
  3. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  4. Exceptional client and relationship management skills.
