Job summary

Big Motoring World in Leeds is seeking a Finance Assistant to deliver a high level of customer service within the showroom finance team. You will assist customers with online finance applications, handle payments for sold vehicles, and keep customers updated on transaction progress in a supportive, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes strong administration, effective communication, and the ability to build rapport with customers to encourage Trust Pilot reviews and repeat business.

Job description

The Finance Assistants deal with all Finance and Insurance transactions for customers to complete the purchase of their vehicle within our Showroom. You will provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to our Customers when purchasing a vehicle, ensuring a positive Customer experience. We also offer a bonus scheme for our Financial Administrators.

Responsibilities

To assist the Customer with completing online Finance Applications.

To take accurate payment for vehicles sold.

To ensure that Customers are kept informed of the transaction process.

To ensure that duties are carried out diligently and within FCA compliance standards.

To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using Company systems to log data.

To ensure that all point-of-sale materials are displayed in all offices.

Build relationships with Customers with a view to receiving positive Trust Pilot Reviews, and repeat future business.

To undertake administrative duties as required to support the Finance Team.

Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner ensuring high levels of accuracy.

To conduct any other reasonable duties as requested.
