Quick Car Finance is seeking driven Sales Representatives in Bournemouth to join a busy, customer-facing team. You will build relationships with customers, lenders and dealers to match finance options with the right vehicle, while earning with an uncapped commission structure and a £25,000 base salary.

About The Role

At Quick Car Finance we're expanding our team seeking driven and ambitious Sales Representatives with proven track records, looking to fast-track their career and unlock serious earning potential!

You'll be working as part of a team as this role offers you the opportunity to put your sales expertise to use in a busy customer-facing environment with an uncapped commission. You'll be responsible for developing great relationships with customers, lenders, dealers and colleagues.

This is a full time role, your usual hours will be Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm (one late shift a week of 10am-7pm), Friday 9am-5pm and 1 Saturday in 4 with hours of 9am-4pm.

Proposed start date: April 2026

What You'll Need

• Previous experience working in a competitive sales environment, preferably in financial services or sales experience in a motor dealership
• Motivated and driven to regularly achieve and exceed targets
• Always looking for and implementing ways to do things better — continuous improvement mindset
• Resilience to deal with setbacks and handle pressure
• Well organised with great attention to detail and ability to manage your own diary
• Navigate multiple computer systems quickly and effectively
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with customers and third parties, through multiple channels, including over the phone and in writing
• Minimum 2 years sales broker experience required
• Ability to reliably commute to Bournemouth BH1 1BZ
