Job Title: Finance & Administrative Assistant (Flexible Hours)

Contract Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours) 25h

About the Role

We're currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. This role would suit someone looking to fit rewarding work around school hours. We are friendly and fast-growing IT manufacturer based in Cirencester. As we scale, we require a Finance and Administrative Assistant on a flexible part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, purchase orders and receipts accurately
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Help prepare financial reports and budgets
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure filing is up to date
  • Provide general administrative support to the business

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or book-keeping role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage or QuickBooks)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to improve processes and ways of working as part of a team
