Job summary

RECfinancial are exclusively supporting a Lutterworth based business to recruit an Accounts Administrator on an ongoing contract basis. The role offers flexible hours and hybrid working, with full training and the chance to build a career in finance.

Key duties include supplier and expense processing, supplier liaison, and supporting the finance function to improve operational efficiency. Suitable for graduates or office staff seeking progression into finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment (or a strong desire to build a finance career).
• Organised, able to plan workload, and confident with numbers.
• GCSEs in English & Maths.
• Good IT skills including Excel.
• Strong customer service approach.
• Ability to build relationships both in person and remotely.
• Positive, flexible, team focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Processing and monitoring supplier invoices and credits.
• Raising suspense notes.
• Chasing suppliers for held items and proof of delivery.
• Resolving document queries with suppliers.
• Processing and monitoring expense invoices and credits.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Supporting departments such as Commercial and Finance to improve operational efficiency.
