Vanrath is seeking an experienced Finance Admin Manager (Sales Ledger Manager) in Derry. The role oversees card administration, stock control, invoicing, reporting and day-to-day team management and development. Strong organisational and people skills are essential.

The position requires leadership, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams. Salary is in the 31–32k range with permanent employment.

Qualifications

• At least two years' supervisory experience.
• Experience of motivating, coaching and training teams.
• Proven ability to produce reports and mentor staff.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including email, Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for all card administration, including 24/7 fuel site stock control, reconciliation and sales invoicing.
• Oversee depot stock control and reconciliation, assisting with queries as they arise.
• Monitor 24/7 stock control, including product ordering, storage and handling.
• Organise and maintain local account master files.
• Manage local account card records and ensure they are kept up to date.
• Liaise with Credit Control regarding customer balances, credit terms and related queries.
• Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with HR to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
