Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join their team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts, managing cash flow efficiently, executing necessary transactions, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, preparing regular cash flow forecasts, generating financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and assisting in audit preparations.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's finances. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the company's accounts, ensuring liquidity aligns with operational and investment requirements. You will execute necessary transactions while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate bookkeeping records and preparing regular cash flow forecasts to support investment planning. You will generate financial reports on a regular basis and ensure all treasury activities comply with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will identify potential financial risks and establish protocols to prevent fraud.

Strong knowledge of cash management, treasury operations, and financial analysis is essential. Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP and Microsoft Office is required. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional analytical and organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
