Figaro SME - Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to maintain stability and performance of Figaro applications. You will work closely with technology teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure smooth operation and rapid issue resolution.

You will contribute to system upgrades, testing, and change initiatives while driving service improvements and maintaining comprehensive support documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Application Support or Production Support role.
• Experience supporting Figaro or similar wealth management applications.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Ivanti).
• Strong troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Exposure to data warehousing and reporting environments.
• Experience supporting software releases, testing, and change implementations.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support for Figaro applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Manage incidents through to resolution, communicating with end users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to escalated and resolve complex issues.
• Support system upgrades, software deployments, releases, and testing activities.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain application support documentation, processes, and knowledge bases.
• Participate in change management, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the application support function.
